Chiang Mai University International College recently started the CMUIC SEED Excursion Chiang Mai under the theme, “Following the King’s Footsteps: In Remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Aduyadej.” The first trip was lead by Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs
Dr. Pichayalak Pichayakul. The students and staff went to the Mae Gam Pong Village and the Teen Tok Royal Project Development Center. The students included Thai and International students. They sformed buddy groups and were able to learn, explore, and exchange together. The learning objectives included increasing understanding of the developmental programs and projects that were established by His Majesty King Bhumibol Aduyadej Rama the 9th. There were 30 people involved in the excursion, including the associate dean, lecturers, officers, Thai students, international students, and exchange students. The trip took place on 11 March, 2017 from 8.00-16.30.
